Step 1: Gather your health coverage information
Before starting the process, make sure you have these details available:

Initial reviews generally do not require a Social Security number. The process follows healthcare privacy standards and does not change your current insurance coverage.
Step 2: Complete the official eligibility review
Eligibility checks are performed through the official Pyx Health platform. The system reviews whether your health provider participates and whether your plan includes food delivery support services.

Step 3: Confirm your preferred delivery location
If your plan qualifies, you’ll have the option to review or update your delivery information.
The address used for deliveries does not necessarily need to match the address currently associated with your insurance plan.
If your location is unavailable at the moment, future updates may be offered when services expand.
